Jeffrey Carey of California was among nearly 190 sophomore students who attended the 30th annual Hugh O’Brian Youth Maryland Leadership Seminar.
Carey, who attends The Harbour School in Annapolis, was a HOBY ambassador and interacted with business, government and education leaders during the three-day event in May.
