Fourth and 5th Districts Democratic Club will meet at Shymansky's restaurant in Cobb Island on Feb. 8. Social hour begins at 6 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m., and the meeting will be held 8-9 p.m. Speakers will be Frank Lancaster, orphans court judge, and Hammad Matin, candidate for state's attorney.
