Culbert, DeCurtis to marry

Daniel and Dee Culbert of Waldorf announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Culbert, to Fred DeCurtis of Waldorf, son of Brenda DeCurtis of Capitol Heights and Tom DeCurtis of La Plata.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Thomas Stone High School and is employed by ELCON Elevator Control Service in Upper Marlboro as a modernization consultant/sales associate.

The groom-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Thomas Stone High School and is employed by The Gazette and Star newspaper in Laurel as the director of advertising.

The couple is planning a May 15 wedding at Colony South in Clinton.
