Real estate notes

Dennis C. Burks, Mary Claire Stanish and Jeff Sutten recently earned the Maryland Association of Realtors' workforce housing designation. They are agents with Century 21 Comstock Earnest Inc. in Waldorf. The designation is a certification program that teaches financing options for first-time homebuyers and critical workforce employees such as police, firefighters, teachers and medical personnel, as well as programs targeted at disabled people and aging citizens.
