Three promoted at PNC Bank

B. Scot Ebron has been promoted to regional president of PNC Bank for Southern Maryland.

In his new position, Ebron will be responsible for the management of overall deposit and loan production in the business bank for the Southern Maryland region as well as lead the bank’s philanthropic efforts.

He joined PNC, formerly Mercantile, in 2006. Ebron serves on the board of directors for Civista Health Foundation and as a member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and the Risk Management Association Chesapeake chapter. He is a volunteer in other community organizations.

Ebron holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina.

Brian E. Bucci, senior vice president of PNC Bank, was promoted to business adviser team leader for Southern Maryland.

In his new position, Bucci will manage a team of commercial relationship managers focusing on businesses and organizations with annual sales of $3 million to $50 million. He joined PNC, formerly Mercantile Southern Maryland Bank, in 2005. He is a member of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Bucci is a board member of the Friends of Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum and was recently made chairman of the organization’s budget, management and audit committee. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship.

Bucci holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a masters in business administration from Loyola College.

R. Timothy Storch was promoted to real estate business adviser for Southern Maryland.

In his new position, Storch will work with commercial and residential real estate developers and investors to further develop real estate lending in Southern Maryland. He joined PNC, formerly First National Bank of St. Mary’s, in 2002. Storch is active in the community with board memberships on St. Mary’s Hospital, St. Mary’s City Historical Foundation and the Greenwell Foundation. He is the finance committee chairman and treasurer on the board of St. Mary’s Hospital. Storch holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and masters in business administration from Loyola College.
