The Hysterical Queen’s Army captures Queen Clete (Rebekah Teneyck) in a production of ‘‘Caught in a Web of Words” written by Karolina Ware for the third annual Twin Beach Players Kids Playwriting Festival. The winning plays were performed Saturday and Sunday at the Northeast Community Center in Chesapeake Beach.
