Calverton gets help from Giant

Dan Hildebrand, head of The Calverton School, receives a check from Tiffany Pereira, customer service manager at Giant Food in Prince Frederick. The Calverton School recently participated in the 2007-2008 A+ BonusBucks Program with Giant Food. Because of parent and student efforts in support of this program, The Calverton School was able to raise $1988.83 in cash for the school, according to a release. These funds will support Calverton’s Annual Giving Campaign, which helps to make the difference between tuition revenues and the actual cost for each student’s attendance at the school.
