Dolly Elaine Richardson, 70, of Cobb Island died Oct. 10, 2009.

Born Jan. 17, 1939, in Parkland, she was the daughter of the late Marcellas A. Bowie and the late Eva Lenora Norton.

Mrs. Richardson was of the Baptist faith.

She worked in layout preparation and printing for B&B Acquisition Corp.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Marcellas Bowie; and her husband, George Leonard Richardson.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald, Lloyd and Gerald; her daughters, Molly, Sandy and Lenora; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family received friends and a service was held Oct. 16 at Lee Funeral Home in Clinton. The Rev. James E. Chance officiated.

Interment followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland.
