Charles Henry Wills Jr., 42, Leonardtown

Charles Henry "Chuck" Wills Jr., 42, of Leonardtown, formerly of Edgemere, died Oct. 27, 2009, in Leonardtown.

Born May 20, 1967, in Baltimore, he was the son of Alma Jean Guice and his stepfather, Thomas Guice, of Baltimore.

He is also survived by his wife, Rebecca Holly Wills; his daughter, Autumn Elizabeth Wills, both of Leonardtown; and his sister, Leah Ratcliffe of Baltimore.

He attended Sparrows Point High School in Baltimore County.

He worked as a maintenance technician for St. Mary's County government.

He loved guitars, running, collecting antiques, the friends he made in St. Mary's county and spending time with his family.

The family will receive friends today, Oct. 30, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home in Leonardtown, where prayers will be said at 7 p.m.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.

Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens in Leonardtown.
