Vincent Columbus Gray Sr., 85, of Brandywine died of natural causes Oct. 23, 2009, at Prince George's Hospital Center, Cheverly.

Mr. Gray was a janitorial engineer.

Born Oct. 2, 1924, in Maryland, he was the son of the late Thomas and the late Rosetta Gray.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Elizabeth Gray; sons, Vincent Jr., Lloyd, Joseph and William; daughters, Rose, Mary, Diane, Barbara and Maria; brother, Joseph Gray; sisters, Matilda Duckett and Helena Gray; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 31 at House of Prayer Church of God No. 2, Brandywine. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Arrangements are being handled by Adams Funeral Home, Aquasco.
