Barbara Ann Standish, 39, of Mechanicsville died Oct. 23, 2009, in Hollywood.

Born Dec. 27, 1969, in Fairfax, Va., she was the daughter of Phyllis J. Buckler and John L. Standish Sr.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Meagan B. Standish, Joseph R. Blackistone and Nathan C. Blackistone, all of Mechanicsville; and siblings, Joan M. Harding of Mechanicsville and John L. Standish Jr. of Denver.

The family received friends Oct. 28 at Brinsfield Funeral Home in Leonardtown where a funeral service was held. Burial was private.
