A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:
Shaun Robert McMahon, 31, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred Sept. 9.
David Michael Adams, 62, of Indian Head was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute narcotics and drug possession for events that occurred Oct. 2.
Talante Franklin Brown, 23, of Lanham was charged with possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction, possession of a machine gun for an aggressive and offensive purpose, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, resisting or interfering with an arrest and disorderly conduct for events that occurred Nov. 23, 2008.
Jeffrey Lydell Carroll Jr., 23, of Nanjemoy was charged with theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 7.
Juanita Ann Gough, 55, of Nanjemoy was charged with attempting to manufacture or distribute narcotics; conspiracy to manufacture or distribute narcotics; passing, issuing, making or possession false and counterfeit prescriptions; counterfeiting a prescription; issuing a forged prescription and obtaining or attempting to obtain drugs by fraud for events that occurred Aug. 10.
James Francis Hart III, 26, of Waldorf was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute narcotics and drug possession for events that occurred Oct. 2.
Steven Germain Herd, 28, of La Plata was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Sept. 24.
Milken Ariel Rodriguez, 18, of Greenbelt was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Sept. 25.
Edward Stanley Stewart III, 23, of Bryantown was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape, third-degree sex offense, fourth-degree sex offense, first-degree assault and second-degree assault for events that occurred Sept. 30.
Cybil Christine Teachout, 33, of Glen Burnie was charged with attempting to manufacture or distribute narcotics; conspiracy to manufacture or distribute narcotics; passing, issuing, making or possessing false and counterfeit prescriptions; counterfeiting a prescription; issuing, possessing or passing counterfeit prescriptions and obtaining or attempting to obtain drugs by fraud for events that occurred Aug. 10.
Charles Augustine Thomas, 50, currently residing in the Charles County Detention Center, was charged with second-degree rape, third-degree sex offense, three counts of second-degree assault, three counts of failing to comply with a peace order and first-degree assault for events that occurred Aug. 30, Sept. 19 and Oct. 4.
Patricia Latoya Tribbett, 26, of Clinton was charged with eight counts of theft of more than $500 and conspiracy to organize a theft scheme of more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 22, 23, 24 and 30, 2008, and Jan. 2 and 7.
Charles Glenn Wheeler Jr., 26, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and violating an ex parte or protective order for events that occurred Oct. 6 and 7.
