Huntingtown
Man charged with possession of marijuana
On Oct. 31 at 10:55 p.m., Trooper Bender stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 near Lorin Drive. Jack D. Dillon, 30, of Lusby was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Owings
Man arrested for stealing school ladder
On Oct. 29 at 12:30 p.m., Sgt. Titus responded to Northern High School for a reported theft. Russell G. Helvey Jr., 47, of North Beach was arrested for allegedly stealing a ladder from the school grounds. He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
Port Republic
Window shot with a BB gun
On Oct. 24 at 12:35 p.m., Trooper Logsdon responded to the 1800 block of Parkers Creek Road. A window was shot with a BB gun. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Maryland State Police at 410-535-1400.
Prince Frederick
Man arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana
On Nov. 1 at 1:34 a.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Armory Road. Raymond A. Robinson, 20, of Owings was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana, cocaine and a loaded handgun. He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
